The Cove Atlantis, a new high profile beach resort on Paradise Island in Nassau, Bahamas recently opened with a bigger than normal celebration. In an effort to generate publicity and hype for this rockstar beach resort, several celebrities turned out for the beach resort’s grand opening.

New York’s Jones Beach State Park will now be home to Donald Trump’s newest real estate project called “Trump on the Ocean.” Trump on the Ocean will be taking the place of the park’s old Boardwalk Restaurant.
